Our mission is to establish a community of Orthodox Christian Theological fellowship whereby prospective and current young servants, scholars and missionaries can utilize various resources for spiritual growth and leadership development in present or future Christian ministry through affordable and attainable education.
St. Cyril of Alexandria Orthodox Christian Society is delighted that His Grace Bishop Epiphanius, Bishop of the Monastery of St. Macarius (Wadi Al-Natrun), is now the President of the Advisory Board of the Society. He is renowned for his expertise in Liturgical Studies and Coptic heritage. The Board and Faculty are honored to work with His Grace and benefit from his insights.

What is the Church?
With the blessing of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Washington, DC in partnership with St. Cyril of Alexandria Orthodox Christian Society held its 2nd Patristic Symposium entitled "From the Garden to the City." The Symposium will focused on the Orthodox frame of mind in addressing contemporary challenges through the eyes of the Early Church Fathers. Lectures were delivered by a diverse group of theologians followed by an open panel discussion. It took place from July 17-19 at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church.
